Design and deliver learning programs for distributed annotator workforces supporting AI data projects. Convert technical specifications into modular curricula, worked examples, assessments, and plain-language instruction. Facilitate remote cohort training, coach program managers, observe learner performance, and improve materials based on quality and throughput data. Build scalable curricula across medical imaging, document AI, LLM evaluation, robotics, and related domains while measuring ramp time, qualification, first-pass quality, and productivity.

Own Encord’s data quality systems across automated evaluation and manual auditing. Build Python and SQL pipelines using LLM-assisted screening, agreement analysis, anomaly and drift detection, and ground-truth datasets. Hire and manage a distributed audit team, define quality rubrics and thresholds, report quality KPIs, oversee quality unit economics, and partner with Product and Engineering to embed measurement capabilities into the platform.

Build instructional training and screening modules for annotator hiring and onboarding. Define assessment rubrics, grading criteria, and pass/fail thresholds; use production performance data to validate and improve content; and partner with Data Strategy to automate the annotator hiring pipeline. The role requires creating learning and assessment methodology from scratch in a data-driven, operational workforce-training environment.

Own and deliver large-scale backend infrastructure projects end to end, including architecture, deployment, monitoring, and impact measurement. Build reliable distributed systems, performant APIs, database and processing systems, and production services that operate under heavy load. Contribute to code reviews, testing, rollouts, and mentoring while solving complex problems autonomously and planning for significant future scale.
