Lead end-to-end People-focused projects (employer branding, total rewards, people enablement, policy work). Define scope, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables; maintain project plans, status reporting, SOPs, and stakeholder alignment across global teams and vendors to drive scalable People programming.

Translate production impacts into actionable plans, manage disruptions, analyze supplier delivery performance, coordinate prioritization and escalation, and drive process improvements to optimize supply, inventory, and business outcomes.

Act as a liaison between technology and business teams to gather requirements, create user stories and process documentation, support configuration, integrations (DPP, PLM, ERP), validate data quality, execute testing, troubleshoot issues, and enable change management through training and release materials to support sustainability and compliance initiatives.

Lead operational integration of Advanced Concepts into product creation, drive seasonal I2C delivery, enable cross-functional alignment, develop governance/KPIs, oversee portfolio planning and budgets, mentor teams, and manage external innovation partnerships to scale pilots into commercialization.

Support product design by patterning, sewing and building concept prototypes; collaborate with designers, pattern makers and product developers to document scalable construction; test materials and document results; assist sample and design teams; compile project scope and expenditures for funding programs; contribute to seasonal development and special projects.
