Lead Japan brand experience events, including Arc'teryx Academies, consumer partner events, and staff experiences. Manage cross-functional teams, event strategy, sponsorships, budgets, vendors, contracts, venues, compliance, logistics, registration support, and onsite execution. Coordinate travel, transportation, accommodations, and product needs while ensuring events are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards. Lead debriefs, reporting, and continuous improvement of event experiences.

Lead global footwear product strategy and creation for the Run category, translating athlete and consumer insights into product visions, roadmaps, line plans, briefs, and market-ready assortments. Partner cross-functionally with design, development, merchandising, and leadership while managing product KPIs, costs, quality, timelines, samples, communications, and product data. The role is based onsite in Portland and requires domestic and international travel of up to 35%.

Lead and develop a data engineering team while remaining technically involved. Oversee Databricks infrastructure, ingestion frameworks, data pipelines, governance, and QA standards. Guide architecture and technical decisions, manage capacity and delivery, collaborate with product managers and stakeholders, mentor engineers, support hiring, and drive platform modernization, automated testing, CI/CD, and scalable data engineering practices.

Represents Wholesale business needs in technology systems, leads process and SOP improvements, evaluates and implements software solutions, and coordinates projects across business and technology teams. Maintains SAP, SharePoint, databases, reporting, and commercial tool interoperability. Defines requirements, supports analytics, troubleshoots system and process issues, ensures data consistency, documents implementations, coaches teams, and contributes to change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead consolidation of regional budgets and forecasts into an integrated global P&L view. Own planning cadence, financial systems (OneStream, Oracle, PowerBI), KPI frameworks, capital planning, and executive reporting (QBR, Board). Provide variance analysis, scenario modelling, and strategic insights while driving process automation, cross‑regional alignment, and continuous improvement to enable faster, confident leadership decisions.
