As a Manager, Data Engineering at Arc'teryx, you'll lead a team responsible for our core data platform (including Databricks administration, ingestion frameworks, and QA frameworks) while ensuring technical excellence and delivery of data solutions. Meet Your Future Team:
The data platform team builds and maintains the data infrastructure (including our Databricks environment, ingestion frameworks, and QA frameworks) that powers analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making across Arc'teryx's digital platforms, retail operations, and business units. We work with cross-functional agile squads to develop reliable data pipelines, improve data quality, build self-serve analytics tools for our business stakeholders, and ensure timely access to accurate data for our analysts and data scientists.

Compensation:
Most new team members join between the start and midpoint of the range, where you can contribute right away while continuing to grow your craft, your collaborations, and your impact at Arc’teryx. This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
