Responsible for designing and implementing training programs for Sales and Customer Success teams, improving performance through metrics, and collaborating with departments for training needs.

Lead full sales cycle for SMB housing customers: build pipeline, create repeatable playbook, partner with marketing/product/CS/RevOps, forecast in Salesforce, hire/mentor, and influence product via customer feedback.

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Implementation while supporting roadmap and go-to-market strategy. Regular travel and in-office work are required.
