Manage the FMCG category across assortment, pricing, suppliers, inventory, and promotions. Own EMEA trade marketing strategy and operations for the toys and consumer goods category. Develop merchant incentives, subsidy policies, campaign calendars, and category growth plans. Manage budgets, ROI, merchant partnerships, competitive insights, performance reporting, and data-driven optimization to increase GMV, seller activity, conversion, and customer engagement. Collaborate with traffic, merchant operations, product, regional, and compliance teams to execute campaigns and improve category performance.

Establish quality and compliance frameworks for logistics operations, including KPIs, incentives, penalties, SOP audits, and risk-reduction programs. Coach local ground operations teams, improve delivery performance for key accounts, reduce losses, damages, and complaints, and align regional processes with global standards in a cross-cultural environment.

Oversee international accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, compliance, and audit coordination. The role develops and optimizes control frameworks, ensures adherence to accounting standards and company policies, resolves audit findings, and provides management with insights into financial risks and control effectiveness. It also drives process improvement and automation while partnering with senior stakeholders across a fast-paced, cross-border business.

Develop and manage regional training systems, plans, projects, courses, instructor resources, and training materials. Coordinate needs assessments, solution design, scheduling, delivery, and effectiveness evaluations. Track training outcomes through feedback, exams, and business performance, while maintaining standardized records, course archives, employee files, and resource libraries for the Americas region.
