The Systems Engineer will collaborate with various teams to design, install, and support broadcast and AV solutions while ensuring high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The System Design Engineer will design and configure audio-visual systems, collaborate with sales and project teams, and manage technical documentation and quality processes.

Manage the full credit control cycle: invoice creation, collections, payment processing, account reconciliation, and debtor ledger ownership. Produce weekly and monthly reporting for 60+ debtors, provide cash forecasting and actuals, and prepare rebates/commission accrual reports. Support internal teams and maintain accurate financial records while improving cash flow and building customer relationships.

Lead strategic sales for Global Connected Solutions accounts, expand relationships, identify and close new revenue opportunities, manage pipeline and forecasting, drive commercial negotiations and renewals, coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and post-sale expansion.

Lead on-site pre-production and delivery for live events at Tobacco Dock. Interface with clients to generate accurate quotations, manage budgets, resources, contractors, Health & Safety documentation, CAD/schematics and CRM records. Oversee day-to-day project operations, risk assessments, invoicing, profitability monitoring, and support ISO and internal processes to ensure safe, timely, and profitable event delivery.

Lead and supervise MCR/NOC operators for signal acquisition, routing, quality control, monitoring, and escalation. Manage schedules, timesheets, SOPs, training, and shift handovers. Two-year hands-on apprenticeship to learn setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of outside broadcast mobile units. Rotations include field shop, copper maintenance, fiber optics, systems integration, and systems support. Role requires travel and site logistics coordination for live productions.

Support producers, directors and editors to produce multi-camera digital and linear sports broadcasts. Edit soccer highlights, prepare broadcast content, ensure assets are air-ready, coordinate with on-air talent and Digital Media Center, and perform live-broadcast roles (replay, producer, director). Work flexible hours in a fast-paced team environment.
