Lead strategy, architecture, roadmap, governance, and hands-on engineering for the Microsoft 365 collaboration platform (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Viva). Own intranet product, enterprise search, migrations/modernization, MSP/vendor delivery, and cross-functional compliance, validation, and adoption activities.

Lead administration and analysis of total rewards programs (compensation, benefits, wellness, leave). Support annual comp planning, job architecture, market benchmarking, benefits administration, reporting, and vendor coordination. Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Legal and external vendors to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and process improvement. Produce analytics and Board/Comp Committee materials and support Workday-related enhancements.

Drive workforce planning, organizational design, talent and performance management, employee relations and investigations, compliance, HR operations and Workday reporting, and implement People Success programs to improve leadership effectiveness, employee experience, and business performance.
