Lead design, assessment, and sustainment of DoD/enterprise network architectures and baseline documentation. Support enclave services (VDI, AD, DNS/DHCP, File/Print), develop ECPs/BRDs, perform impact assessments, update network drawings, and coordinate complex resolutions with DISA Tier IV and stakeholders.

Maintain and troubleshoot inside-plant telecommunications systems including VoIP and Avaya switching, voicemail, TMS, firewalls, T-1 circuits, and SONET. Plan, manage, and execute government conferences and events, handling logistics, vendor coordination, IT/AV setup, VIP security/protocol, staffing, documentation, and compliance with Department policies and timelines while maintaining event archives and central calendars.

Provide programmatic, financial, and administrative support for S&T initiatives: conduct studies, support TRA/MRL assessments, manage budgets/POM submissions, track performance metrics, oversee FFRDC sponsor feedback, and provide specialized IT/communications support as assigned.

Prepare, edit, and organize user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. Provide graphics support for deliverables and edit system specifications and special reports for customers.

Create and maintain technical network diagrams, BRDs, ECPs, SOPs, and configuration baselines; manage version control and document workflows; review deliverables for accuracy and compliance; coordinate with engineers and site lead and produce recurring reports.

Develop strategic communications and multimedia content, manage websites and social media analytics, produce/edit video/photography/graphics, handle logistics and budgets for ~40 annual events/exhibits, perform administrative, media relations, archival research, and transcription support.

Support Naval S&T programs with strategic and technical analyses, financial planning and POM budgeting, TRA/MRL assessments, program operations, FFRDC sponsor feedback, and specialized IT/communications tasks. Prepare briefings, reports, and coordinate stakeholders across DoD/DON organizations.
