Provide high-level administrative support to investment banking partners: manage calendars, arrange domestic and international travel, prepare documents and pitchbooks, process expenses via Concur, maintain CRM and pipelines, coordinate meetings/events, screen calls, uphold confidentiality, assist onboarding, and support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Provide legal support to investment banking and capital markets: draft, review and negotiate engagement letters, NDAs and transaction documents; advise on securities and M&A matters; monitor regulatory changes; participate in firm committees; manage outside counsel and assist with ancillary litigation and special projects.

Support Debt Capital Markets team by tracking issuance opportunities, benchmarking comparable securities, organizing roadshows, consolidating investor engagement, gauging investor interest, and coordinating closing activities for public and private debt transactions. Provide analytics, maintain issuance records and competitor analysis, and ensure timely allocation confirmations and wire transfers to deliver seamless client closings.

Lead regulatory oversight for Equity Sales & Trading: provide real-time guidance, maintain surveillance and e‑comms monitoring, oversee order/execution controls and reporting, update policies/WSPs, deliver training, and manage regulatory exams, risk assessments, and remediation.

Provide high-level administrative support to investment banking partners: manage calendars, meetings, travel, expense reporting (Concur), CRM updates, document preparation (Microsoft Office), event coordination, phone lines, onboarding, and confidential materials while juggling competing priorities and deadlines.

Support execution of primary fundraising for private equity managers: underwriting managers, designing go-to-market strategies, preparing marketing materials, coordinating post-launch relationship management, and collaborating with capital solutions and secondary advisory teams on ad hoc projects.

Coordinate and execute domestic and international GP fundraising roadshows, schedule LP meetings across time zones, manage travel logistics and itineraries, maintain CRM (DealCloud), support senior deal team calendars, handle expense reporting and investor event coordination, and provide ad hoc executive assistant and project support.

Partner with a senior analyst to perform company and industry research, build financial models and valuations, write reports with investment recommendations, engage with management and investors, attend conferences and roadshows, and market the team's research internally and to institutional clients.

Lead design and enforcement of enterprise data governance: policies, metadata, data quality, lineage, and access controls. Manage governance platforms, drive remediation, partner with legal/compliance/engineering, measure KPIs, and recommend tools to ensure privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.

Provide administrative and logistical support to the General Counsel, Board of Directors, and executive leadership: coordinate meetings, prepare board materials, track initiatives and deadlines, manage vendor contracts and corporate records, assist with filings (Section 16, state filings), support sustainability reporting, and handle travel arrangements and expense reporting.
