Owns campaign calendars, briefs, audience and offer strategies, testing plans, segmentation, personalization, and performance analysis. Partners cross-functionally to improve engagement, conversion, revenue, and customer experience while managing campaign governance, documentation, contact cadence, and delivery risks.

Analyzes fleet management, pricing, customer behavior, operations, and market trends to identify growth, efficiency, and cost-reduction opportunities. Develops dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders; supports data-driven fleet and revenue strategies; ensures data accuracy; collaborates with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Fleet Management; and mentors junior analysts. Leads Hertz’s global franchise platform strategy, roadmap, and value proposition across brands and regions. Owns platform initiatives from business case through launch, adoption, and benefits realization. Partners cross-functionally to improve franchisee profitability, customer experience, network performance, and loyalty. Develops franchise-facing products and services, establishes governance, manages innovation pipelines, and provides executive reporting. Requires extensive franchise development or growth experience, strong commercial acumen, relationship-building, communication, influencing, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Analyzes operational data, initiative progress, and field feedback to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Supports operations playbooks, communications, governance materials, scorecards, decision logs, and implementation calendars. Tracks milestones, adoption, outcomes, and follow-up actions while helping leaders align priorities and operators execute effectively. The role also synthesizes complex information for diverse audiences and supports operational decision-making and continuous improvement.

Develop and execute loyalty marketing initiatives for Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty programs. Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and program metrics to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and redemption. Support member communications, promotions, partnerships, competitive analysis, and TNC marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project plans and approvals, report performance, and translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies.

Directs technology and product program management across complex, enterprise-wide initiatives. Establishes PMO standards, governs portfolios, manages roadmaps, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, KPIs, and prioritization. Leads cross-functional teams, executive stakeholder communications, OKR and QBR processes, project governance, and delivery frameworks. Coaches project management practitioners and ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in scope.

Coordinates website updates, CRM campaigns, newsletters, marketing content, campaign assets, partner communications, and localized marketing execution across European markets. Manages website and CRM content, supports SEO and lead nurturing, monitors engagement and marketing KPIs, maintains reports and calendars, and ensures GDPR compliance. Works with internal teams, agencies, developers, sales teams, and partners to deliver timely campaigns and promotional materials.

Leads multiple IT, system implementation, migration, SOX, and internal audit engagements. Oversees risk-based audit planning, IT control evaluations, audit quality, reporting, stakeholder relationships, corrective actions, resource management, and team development. Advises leadership on audit practices and emerging technologies, including AI, while mentoring audit professionals and supporting recruiting efforts.
