Processes telephone and email sales, quotes, orders, proposals, and customer transactions. Builds and manages customer relationships, prospects for new accounts, promotes electrical products, provides product and application support, resolves customer issues, and follows orders through completion. Gathers competitive and market information, collaborates with outside sales and internal specialists, and participates in product training.

Conduct proactive telephone and email sales for data communication products. Process quotes, orders, proposals, and customer follow-up; prospect for new accounts; manage customer relationships; support outside sales; answer product and application questions; resolve customer issues; monitor open orders and delivery risks; and gather competitive, pricing, product, and market information. Participate in product training and use digital, ERP, and CRM tools to grow profitable sales.

Supports IT projects and operational initiatives, troubleshoots Windows, Microsoft 365, and workplace technology issues, and assists with infrastructure improvements. Provides end-user communication, task management, documentation, and routine problem resolution while following technical standards and escalating complex issues. The role requires exposure to Windows Server administration, networking, ITSM tools, security concepts, and Microsoft 365 administration, with Linux, scripting, IAM, and related certifications considered assets.

Responsible for inside telephone and email sales, quoting prices, processing orders, managing customer relationships, prospecting for new accounts, and supporting outside sales personnel. The role requires developing product and application knowledge, resolving customer issues, following up on proposals, identifying growth opportunities, and reporting market and competitor information. Work is based in Tampa, Florida, with occasional travel to offsite locations.

Provides operational support for branch and sales teams, including inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, order processing, fleet and facility maintenance, safety compliance, customer support, and supplier relationships. The role monitors operational processes, drives continuous improvement, manages expenses and maintenance, resolves customer concerns, supports sales objectives, and trains branch personnel. Occasional travel to offsite locations and work around warehouse equipment and potentially hazardous conditions are required.
