Lead Gigamedia commercial growth across Italy focusing on datacenter infrastructure and structured cabling. Prospect and manage B2B accounts, identify opportunities, support key projects, collaborate with Rexel teams and product managers, train and enable branch sales, run the Bergamo Experience Center, report market intelligence, and travel within Italy and to HQ for training and events.

Manage inbound/outbound telephone and email sales, process quotes and orders, maintain and grow customer relationships, prospect new accounts, support outside sales, use ERP/CRM and digital tools, resolve customer issues, and pursue product/application knowledge.

Manage and grow commercial customer accounts, develop sales strategies, prospect and onboard new clients, maintain vendor relationships, meet sales targets, and support branch and project teams.

Lead regional trade receivables and credit operations, manage a team of Credit Officers, approve credit within delegated authority, partner with branches and sales, deliver KPI reporting and cashflow forecasting, drive collections and bad debt recoveries, and improve credit and AR processes.

Provide administrative coordination for distribution operations: billing, contract follow-up, returns, monthly reporting, ERP order entry and validation, support sales and executive teams, manage special orders and approvals, and improve procedures and data quality.

Sell and promote electrical products to new and existing customers, build and maintain relationships, generate sales, provide product selection and quotations, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, use digital tools/CRM, maintain records, and participate in professional development and training.

Receive, inspect and process incoming goods; load/unload and stack pallets; verify and enter inventory into AS400; prepare shipping documents; support counter sales and customer inquiries; maintain showroom and work area.

Lead end-to-end implementation of national customer contracts, convert contract terms into rollout plans, manage project activities and the National Customer Engagement Team, align stakeholders, ensure KPI delivery (DIFOT, cost savings, service metrics), support reporting, and formally close implementations.

Sell and promote electrical products by building and maintaining customer relationships, generating new and repeat business, providing product selection/application support, coordinating quotes with vendors, using digital tools/CRM/ERP, and tracking sales activities and market intelligence.

Provide administrative support to the Project Management team, maintain customer orders in the Direct Project Management System, process purchase orders and order tracking, expedite and reconcile billing, coordinate vendors, sales and customers, process shop drawings, and support brand and sales initiatives to enhance customer experience.
