Senior ServiceNow Developer/Administrator responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and administering ServiceNow. Deliver custom apps, automate ITSM processes, build Service Portal experiences, implement integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server), perform scripting with JavaScript/Glide API, manage platform administration, reports and Performance Analytics, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior staff while following Agile practices and platform best practices.

Design and build Power BI data models, dashboards, and interactive reports. Perform DAX and SQL queries, develop data warehouse components, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and enhance existing BI systems to deliver KPIs and analytical insights.

Provide first-level support for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications: monitor application health and scheduled jobs, triage and resolve routine tickets per SLAs, perform basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis, escalate complex incidents, maintain documentation and runbooks, and support deployments. Role is entry-level, on-site in Hyderabad with occasional night shifts.

Lead delivery of Data Management and Analytics projects, manage project health across scope, schedule, budget and risks, act as primary client contact, drive customer satisfaction, position additional work, and direct globally distributed teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
