Develop and validate integrated optical and multiphysics simulation frameworks for a laser Digital Twin. Model laser amplifiers, couple optical/thermal/mechanical domains, build surrogate models, validate against experiments, run uncertainty analyses, and collaborate with engineering and experimental teams to inform system design and optimization.

Engage customers to identify needs, present and demonstrate vehicles, manage the sales pipeline, coordinate with sales managers and support teams, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the car-buying process.

Provide day-to-day HR operational support for corporate employees including recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, FMLA and ADA accommodation administration, HR recordkeeping and reporting in Paycom, and general HR administrative duties. Coordinate with IT, Facilities, managers, and Payroll to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes and support HR projects and system improvements.

Manage full-cycle recruiting: design and implement sourcing strategies, post jobs, screen and interview candidates, build pipelines, train hiring managers, maintain job descriptions and CARF-compliant hiring practices, and support HR projects.

Greet customers, assist with car wash selection and payment, promote and activate monthly unlimited memberships, manage and update customer accounts, and deliver frequent sales pitches. Provide friendly, customer-focused service in outdoor conditions.
