Design, implement, and lead a risk-based BSA/AML and sanctions compliance program; serve as board-appointed BSA and OFAC officer; own KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, SAR reporting, cross-border controls, regulatory and bank engagement, vendor selection, licensing strategy, team building, and embed compliance across product and engineering.

Ensure merchant and payment processing compliance with card network rules and regulations. Manage card brand violations (Visa VIRP, Mastercard BRAM), draft remediation and representment plans, perform KYC/KYB reviews, investigate alerts, maintain documentation for audits, and support policy updates.

Manage HubSpot-focused client relationships and technical projects across multiple accounts. Oversee project timelines, capacity planning, resource allocation, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Provide high-quality support and onboarding to medical school admissions offices: respond to inquiries, conduct product demos and training, manage DES/participation agreements, track issues and escalate complex cases, perform user acceptance testing, verify cyclical program and admission data, and proactively engage schools to improve retention and product use.
