Support Naval Special Warfare Group One with Department of Defense budget planning, execution, financial analysis, spend plans, funding requests, budget exhibits, reporting, and leadership briefings. Monitor obligations and expenditures, identify trends and variances, ensure fiscal compliance, and provide recommendations. Research Analysts support project teams by gathering, processing, and analyzing economic data; conducting qualitative research; producing tables, graphs, and visualizations; reviewing documents; auditing analyses; and preparing expert testimony and client deliverables. Supports project documentation, procurement, contract administration, invoice review, payment processing, compliance monitoring, funding reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution. Coordinates with project managers, vendors, contractors, and internal departments to advance approvals and maintain accurate project and financial records. Develops reports, dashboards, trackers, process documentation, and standard operating procedures while identifying opportunities to improve or automate team workflows.

Manages procurement strategy and execution throughout project lifecycles, coordinating Supply Management with project, engineering, scheduling, legal, and proposal teams. Leads strategic sourcing, supplier qualification, competitive bids, negotiations, purchase orders, contracts, procurement plans, and supplier performance. Reviews customer requirements, manages commercial flow-downs, supports claims resolution, tracks procurement status, and reports project supply contributions to leadership.

Lead the full systems engineering lifecycle for complex C4ISR and information warfare systems, including requirements, architecture, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment. Develop technical documentation, perform trade studies and risk assessments, guide configuration management, and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams. Support field tests and operational assessments involving geospatial data workflows and mission applications. Prepare technical reports and executive briefings while applying DoD and Navy systems engineering practices.
