Support day-to-day operations of credit facilities, prepare and review lender reporting, monitor borrowing base, eligibility and covenants, analyze large datasets to flag discrepancies, respond to lender requests, ensure recurring reporting accuracy, and help implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Manage day-to-day benefits administration for ~100 employees, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, COBRA, retirement, and wellness programs. Serve as liaison to vendors/brokers, lead Open Enrollment and renewals, handle benefits-related HRIS/payroll updates, support recruitment/onboarding, oversee payroll change reports, PTO tracking, workers' compensation coordination, and support employee wellness initiatives.

Design, build, and operate scalable web applications, APIs, services, and AI-enabled workflows. Use AI tools across the development lifecycle, ensure reliability, performance, and observability, contribute to technical decisions, iterate from user feedback, and own production quality and delivery as part of cross-functional squads.

Provide high-level executive support to Partners including complex calendar management, travel and expense coordination, document/proposal preparation, project management, and cross-office collaboration. Act as a proactive thought partner, manage confidential client matters, improve administrative efficiencies, and provide onsite coverage and coordination with the Office Manager and U.S./global administrative teams.

Lead and manage complex trusts and estates litigation matters including drafting pleadings, representing clients in court and mediation, supervising associates and staff, conducting legal and financial research, advising clients on strategy, and meeting billable, realization, collections, and origination targets.
