Leads onboarding, hands-on training, coaching, and continuous employee development in a fast-paced operational environment. Partners with Operations, Safety, and Training & Development leadership to improve performance, safety awareness, and operational efficiency. Conducts safety inspections, observations, and audits; provides feedback on employee progress and training effectiveness; identifies safety concerns; and recommends corrective actions. Supports a positive, team-oriented workplace through mentoring and bilingual communication in Spanish and English.

- Strong sense of urgency and ability to respond to critical incidents required.
