Provide system administration and configuration for the Symitar core and ancillary systems, resolve incidents and service requests, monitor and execute IT operational processes, support upgrades and UAT, and document procedures to ensure reliable operations.

Advise business units on risk mitigation, manage and coordinate outside counsel, track legal documentation, resolve regulatory disputes, and develop legal strategies to balance compliance and business objectives.
