Manages institutional grant portfolios, writes and submits foundation, corporate, and government proposals, stewards funder relationships, researches prospects, tracks revenue and budgets, and supports sponsorship and major-gift materials. Develop tailored strategies, advise senior stakeholders, analyze performance metrics, translate customer feedback into product requirements, communicate roadmap updates, train clients, support solution implementation, and identify expansion opportunities. The role requires enterprise growth experience, strong communication, analytical skills, familiarity with LLM and agent patterns, and comfort using data and SQL.

Provide in-person outreach, recruitment, and admissions support to prospective students; deliver presentations, assist with applications/registration, maintain student records and recruitment materials, coordinate campus tours and events, and develop recruitment plans to meet enrollment goals.

Lead the IT department’s strategy, roadmap, technical standards, and team. Architect and secure enterprise infrastructure using Microsoft Entra, Defender, Intune, JAMF, Azure, and Microsoft 365. Provides strategic legal counsel for hospital operations, patient care, physician relationships, contracts, revenue cycle, pharmacy, regulatory matters, governmental investigations, and healthcare compliance. Advises senior leadership on Medicare and Medicaid, HIPAA, Stark, anti-kickback, patient rights, quality of care, informed consent, billing, and reimbursement issues. Leads contract administration, cross-functional legal initiatives, committee support, negotiations, drafting, and regulatory analysis across a large health system.

Manages the full grant lifecycle, including researching funding opportunities, preparing applications, monitoring budgets and deliverables, maintaining documentation, conducting compliance reviews, and submitting financial and programmatic reports. Ensures grant-funded projects comply with applicable regulations, grant agreements, internal policies, and reporting requirements. The role also develops compliance monitoring strategies and maintains accurate records of expenditures and outcomes.
