Provides strategic and operational leadership for an integrated healthcare marketing and communications function. Source new investment opportunities by conducting outreach and building relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and business operators. Evaluate debt and equity investments through financial analysis, modeling, industry research, and due diligence. Assist with transaction negotiation and structuring, and prepare and present investment memoranda. The role offers exposure to private equity deal execution and requires strong communication, initiative, organization, autonomy, and teamwork.
