Make high-volume outbound calls to investigate auto accidents, identify the responsible payer, submit bills and documentation to insurers, follow up on denials, and perform audits and reporting to maximize medical claim payments for provider clients.

Manage external mortgage lead vendor relationships, including pricing, volume, filters, onboarding, and performance accountability. Track CPL, contact rates, conversion rates, and cost per funded loan; maintain weekly vendor scorecards; analyze HubSpot CRM data; optimize lead quality and routing; and communicate recommendations to marketing, sales leadership, operations, and executives.
