Scale the volume and quality of fractional job opportunities on the platform by sourcing and onboarding paid positions, building startup ecosystem partnerships, re-engaging existing partners, securing recruitment mandates, developing the Austin partner network, and representing the company at industry events across the United States.

Serve as a technical advisor for prospects and customers, conducting product demonstrations, designing solutions, troubleshooting, building proof-of-concepts, and supporting deal closure. Collaborate with Growth, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to communicate customer requirements, create technical sales resources, and enable broader teams. The role is fully onsite five days per week in downtown San Francisco.

Manages bodily injury property and casualty claims, including coverage and liability investigations, damages evaluation, settlement negotiations, reserves, payments, arbitrations, mediations, depositions, trials, and detailed claim documentation. Communicates with insureds, claimants, and external partners while managing complex caseloads within assigned authority.

Manage integrated B2B marketing campaigns, corporate events, tradeshows, partner marketing, social media, email, website, and advertising initiatives. Use Pardot and Salesforce to build campaigns, manage leads, analyze performance, track ROI, and maintain dashboards. Collaborate with sales, corporate marketing, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to support lead generation, revenue growth, brand awareness, and go-to-market programs.

Administers health, welfare, retirement, leave, wellness, and voluntary benefit programs. Manages enrollments, open enrollment, employee inquiries, vendors, compliance reporting, audits, retirement plan transactions, and benefits data. Analyzes utilization and costs, improves processes, supports plan governance, and ensures regulatory compliance under ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and FMLA.

Coordinates HR operations across onboarding, I-9 and CORI background checks, benefits and payroll liaison work, HRIS and personnel record maintenance, recruitment logistics, offboarding, compliance tracking, and employee support. Administers Paylocity processes, reconciles benefits invoices, supports leave administration, and ensures accurate, confidential, and compliant employee lifecycle documentation.

Manages contract and purchase order administration across multiple construction projects. Responsibilities include ERP job setup, invoicing, job-cost monitoring, budget and billing reconciliation, purchasing oversight, contract review, bond and insurance applications, billing documentation, financial reporting, and job-cost meetings. Requires construction contract administration experience, accounting knowledge, percentage-of-completion accounting, construction contract language expertise, and proficiency with ERP and Microsoft Office systems.

Conduct forensic biomechanical investigations involving vehicle crashes, slip-and-fall incidents, and mechanical failures. Analyze human movement, injury mechanisms, forces, and medical records; perform static and dynamic testing; prepare scientific reports; provide deposition and trial testimony; and deliver technical presentations to clients and conferences.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles: source, screen, interview, present candidates, coordinate interviews and pre-employment checks, extend offers, support onboarding, maintain ATS records, build talent pipelines, track recruiting metrics, and improve hiring processes while partnering with hiring managers.

Conduct new-hire orientations, provide professional assistance to employees, represent the company positively, and help new hires complete paperwork. The role also performs other assigned duties and requires strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, technology, and attention-to-detail skills.
