The Staff Accountant manages cash application, accounts payable, vendor and customer setup, reconciliations, journal entries, payroll entries, inventory accounting, fixed assets, accruals, and month-end close activities. The role supports cash management reviews, banking and ERP integrations, variance analysis, chart of accounts maintenance, annual audits, and fiscal-year rollovers while working with executive leadership in a hybrid environment.

Creates brand-consistent graphic designs across packaging, digital marketing, in-store materials, social media, websites, events, and trade shows. Develops 3D mockups and renderings, collaborates with marketing, sales, and technology teams, and may support video editing, animation, webpage design, user interfaces, and dashboards. The role requires managing multiple projects while maintaining visual quality and brand consistency.

Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for personnel, organizational events, conferences, and other travel requests. Book and ticket reservations, assist travelers with itineraries and documentation, resolve disruptions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with travel policies. The Accounting Associate supports the New Equipment Sales Department by managing billing and invoicing, processing and reconciling vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies, reconciling balance sheet accounts, calculating monthly sales commissions, and completing administrative duties. The role requires strong accuracy, organization, communication, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Accounting or office experience and accounting or ERP software experience are preferred.
