Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried field and corporate roles in mining and construction. Source, screen, and pipeline candidates, coordinate interviews, partner with hiring managers, track recruiting metrics, maintain compliance, and occasionally travel to job sites and hiring events.

Manage and maintain brand voice and visual direction across multiple client accounts. Conduct brand audits, create brand guidelines, review content for quality and consistency, collaborate with videographers and ads/SMM specialists, communicate brand strategy with clients, and monitor industry and competitor trends.

Provide administrative and customer service support for online sales: audit Shopify orders against Storis, process payments and refunds, reconcile accounts, schedule deliveries, investigate fraud, handle high-volume inbound calls/chats, and fulfill orders to initiate third-party funding.

Provide full-cycle HR support including HRIS administration, recruitment, onboarding, benefits and COBRA processing, employee relations, FMLA administration, compliance with HIPAA/DOL/OSHA, and HR reporting. Support HR Manager, coordinate job postings and hiring events, conduct pre-employment checks, maintain personnel records, and assist with training, audits, and HR system updates.

Own and deliver end-to-end production solutions: gather requirements, design architecture, implement frontend/backend/data, orchestrate LLMs/agents, perform production cutover, and define metrics. Interface with business stakeholders and operate in ambiguous, time-sensitive field contexts.
