Drive new business and manage territory accounts for A.D. STARR; prospect and close sales, make ~100 calls per week, process end-to-end orders, collaborate with marketing, merchandising and operations, support website integration, and maintain Salesforce CRM and territory reporting.

Manage manufacturing projects from initiation to completion: scope, schedule, budget, risk, compliance, and cross-functional coordination. Support engineering design, PLC integration, technical documentation, QA, regulatory permitting, and continuous improvement.

Serve as the liaison to franchisees to improve operations, sales, marketing, and profitability. Conduct site visits, audits, openings, training, and strategic planning. Coach franchisees, review financials, recommend action plans, and ensure brand standards and compliance while traveling extensively.

Sell and develop slag aggregate products across a multi-state territory, building customer relationships with contractors, agencies, and engineers. Create and execute territory sales and marketing plans, pursue new business, manage proposals/credit/collections, ensure operational alignment and regulatory compliance, and track competitor and construction activity to meet sales targets.

Provide administrative and customer-service support to a branch office: manage filing and office systems, answer and route calls, support onboarding/offboarding, assist field staff, monitor invoicing, maintain equipment records, promote safety, and help drive process improvements and project support.

Manage billing and payments for fuel assistance programs: process vendor/client payments, verify invoices, maintain records, support audits, manage vendor agreements, handle client/vendor inquiries, track certifications and MOR prices, supervise large mailings, and assist the Director with wage match and other energy-related administrative tasks.

Drive off-premise sales of beer, wine, and spirits within an assigned territory: make scheduled calls, expand distribution, process orders in eoStar, manage inventory and merchandising, execute promotions and displays, deliver hot-shot orders, track sales goals, collect payments, and train/mentor merchandisers while ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations.

Provide field support and strategic guidance to franchisees to improve operations, marketing, sales, and profitability. Conduct regular site visits, audits, training, openings, and performance reviews while maintaining franchise relationships and ensuring brand standards.

Drive revenue and market expansion for fluorine-free firefighting foam in oil & gas, petrochemical, terminal, refinery, and industrial markets. Build relationships with EHS, fire protection, operations, procurement, distributors, and engineering firms; support evaluations, site testing, implementations, and PFAS transition planning. Manage territory strategy, pipeline, CRM, forecasts, and represent the company at industry events; travel approximately 30–50%.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reporting (EACs); track funding, burn rates, labor, ODCs, subcontractor and material costs; maintain WBS and cost structures; support procurement, inventory, invoices, audits, revenue recognition, and compliance with FAR/DFARS/CAS. Communicate financial risks to leadership and use Maximo for asset, inventory, and procurement tracking.
