Process first notices of loss involving motor vehicle accidents, theft, and related incidents. Provide compassionate, empathetic customer service to callers, address inquiries, maintain accurate and organized claim information, and collaborate with team members to handle claims promptly. The role requires multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective independent work in a fast-paced environment.

Manages the financial and commercial performance of service projects from order acceptance through invoicing and revenue recognition. Responsibilities include cost control, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, SAP project setup, cash flow and receivables oversight, compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, commercial risk mitigation, and claims management. Partners with project managers to improve profitability, financial alignment, and lifecycle performance.

Supports and maintains HR information systems, primarily Workday HCM, including competencies, compliance reporting, employee evaluations, training schedules, integrations, audits, and data quality. Troubleshoots system and process issues, documents business processes, trains users, supports healthcare audits, collaborates with internal and external partners, and identifies process improvements.

Lead day-to-day operations as the Founder’s execution partner, translating priorities into plans, systems, workflows, KPIs, and accountability structures. Build and develop teams, oversee recruiting and employee development, maintain visibility across production, manage budgets and forecasting, coordinate vendors and advisers, and support new business and revenue initiatives. The role is responsible for scalable organizational growth while reducing the Founder’s operational involvement.

Prepare and maintain forecasts, budgets, and monthly reporting; support the monthly close, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget; analyze revenue, expenses and capital expenditures; monitor variances versus plan and prior year; produce financial presentations and support senior management on ad hoc projects.
