Own day-to-day operations of the NYC studio: coordinate in-house and third-party drivers, manage B2B inventory and reusable stock, place material orders, resolve delivery issues, and produce weekly operational margin reporting.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, partner with hiring managers to define roles, source and close candidates, build scalable systems and pipelines, optimize hiring with data, and support a global, remote people team while acting as a culture ambassador.

Maintain and enhance VCM Suite vehicle support and features. Reverse-engineer automotive binaries, map calibration parameters, apply automotive programming tools, debug software, collaborate with hardware engineers, and support validation to meet automotive safety standards.

Serve as primary customer contact for orders, ensure contract fulfillment, coordinate with production and engineering, manage documentation, change orders, payments, and customer visits, and represent WEG at client meetings and presentations.

Work with sales and customer success to onboard partners, own customer-facing docs and API documentation, implement customer-specific full-stack features, and lead the partner engineering team to scale operations and standards.

Provide administrative support to the Dean of the Faculty Office and Grants Office: manage faculty records, scheduling, meetings, budget operations, reception duties, event coordination, student employee supervision, data entry, and departmental communications.
