Lead CRIHB's financial strategy and operations including accounting, budgeting, grants fiscal administration, audits, internal controls, financial reporting, cash management, and long-term planning. Serve as executive advisor to CEO and Board, oversee Finance staff, ensure compliance with federal, state, Tribal and grant requirements, negotiate indirect cost rates, and provide financial training to Tribal partners.

Develop and optimize solid-state electrolyte materials via synthesis, characterization, and electrochemical testing; improve production processes, document SOPs, follow safety protocols, mentor junior staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer requirements.

Coordinate and convert high-volume inbound/outbound calls and web leads into sales appointments, maintain complex schedules for the estimation department, use ServiceTitan and CRM systems, communicate with customers and internal teams, and resolve customer issues while meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Handle incoming customer calls, internet and live chat leads; schedule follow-ups and sales appointments; provide product and initial financing information; follow up on no-shows and unready leads; use CRM daily and participate in team/process improvement.

Support full HR lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, performance management, employee relations, compliance, HRIS maintenance, audits, investigations, and engagement initiatives. Administer scholarship/ambassador programs and assist with process improvements.

Participate in a paid remote video interview, screen-share and demonstrate typical QuickBooks workflows, explain steps, workarounds, pain points, and optimization strategies for complex accounting tasks.

Manage and grow a portfolio of agribusiness and commercial clients by generating leads, structuring and negotiating lending solutions, meeting loan and deposit growth goals, mentoring junior lenders, ensuring compliance, and representing the bank through relationship-driven business development and client service. Role requires frequent travel and strong communication, organizational, and cross-selling skills.

Support customer onboarding, adoption, and relationship management by coordinating across CS, Product, and Engineering; monitor requests, document feedback, assist training, maintain health metrics, and identify improvements to optimize customer experience.

Create and maintain electrical models, schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and BOMs using approved CAD tools. Support manufacturing, assembly, installation, and design reviews, maintain revision-controlled documentation in Windchill/PLM, and collaborate with engineers and project personnel to ensure manufacturable, integrated designs for complex scientific facilities.

Partner on People Operations to design and automate HR programs, manage HR systems and onboarding/offboarding, run benefits and immigration processes, analyze people data, and support People Technology and travel policy alignment with the parent company.
