About the role: We’re looking for someone who has a strong sense of ownership, deep respect for others, strives for excellence in a changing environment, and does not forget to have fun while on a mission to build smarter and safer connected driving for Honda vehicles. An individual who is passionate about People & Culture and building a strong company culture through close collaboration with all stakeholders.

What you will do:

  • Design and implement People programs and processes to minimize manual transactions by automating them, resulting in friendly information on the knowledge base or improved self-service capabilities for employees and People & Culture team members.
  • Own People Technology initiatives to ensure systems and infrastructure are aligned with the company's growth trajectory and operational goals.
  • Organize and manage onboarding programs for new moders, ensuring our employees receive the best orientation experience and integration into the company.
  • Coordinate and manage off-boarding processes to ensure a smooth and respectful transition for departing employees.
  • Own benefits & wellness programs, ensuring employees are well-educated on offerings and supported throughout their journey.
  • Liaise with immigration partners and manage end-to-end immigration processes.
  • Consult employees on day-to-day People matters and provide timely support on requested documentation.
  • Manage and update HR and related systems (e.g., HiBob, VerifyFirst, DocuSign, Easyllama, Notion etc.) to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Prepare, review, interpret, and analyze a variety of data, information, and reports, providing clear recommendations based on findings.
  • Partner with our parent company and oversee Travel Policy.

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 4 years of experience working in both fast-paced technology companies and more established organizations, with an understanding of how to adapt technology to  People Operations practices.
  • Solid background in building employee-friendly People Operations processes, workflows and implementing scalable People Operations systems.
  • Proven track record in managing comprehensive benefits programs and handling immigration cases with care and precision.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to build and optimize People Operations infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, refine, and implement people-centric processes and initiatives that balance efficiency with a positive employee experience.
  • Agile, proactive approach with a “can do” attitude and the ability to pivot quickly in a dynamic environment.

Skills Required

  • At least 4 years of People Operations experience in fast-paced technology companies and established organizations
  • Experience designing and implementing People programs, processes, and automation to improve self-service and reduce manual transactions
  • Ownership of People Technology initiatives and HRIS implementation/management
  • Experience organizing and managing onboarding and offboarding programs
  • Proven track record managing comprehensive benefits and wellness programs
  • Experience handling immigration cases and liaising with immigration partners
  • Experience managing and updating HR systems (e.g., HiBob, VerifyFirst, DocuSign, Easyllama, Notion)
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to prepare, review, interpret, and act on HR data and reports
