The Financial Analyst provides financial and operational analysis for a portfolio of restaurants, focusing on labor, food costs, revenue, profitability, budgeting, and KPI reporting. The role develops reports, databases, tools, and processes; supports monthly and annual financial planning; trains restaurant leaders on financial concepts and systems; and partners with Operations, Culinary, Accounting, and corporate teams to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Manages full-cycle recruitment for frontline, clinical support, and operational roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate recommendations, offer coordination, background checks, credentialing, and onboarding support. Partners with hiring managers, maintains applicant tracking records, ensures compliance with employment laws, and delivers a responsive candidate experience while managing multiple requisitions.

Develops scalable SQL datasets, analytical tools, Power BI dashboards, and reporting solutions for retail mortgage lending. Analyzes borrower portfolios, lead scoring, profitability, operational performance, and business trends. Automates reporting and decision-support processes, validates data quality, communicates technical findings, and independently manages analytical assignments from discovery through implementation.

Develop and validate C firmware for battery management systems on STM32 Arm Cortex-M platforms. Implement peripheral drivers, battery monitoring, protection, cell balancing, CAN/CANopen communications, tests, and board bring-up. Debug hardware using laboratory equipment, support safety certification requirements, document designs and procedures, and participate in code reviews. This onsite role focuses on production embedded firmware for safety-critical energy storage products.

Administers the county’s enterprise network and server environment, including hardware and software installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, backups, alerts, security controls, and disaster recovery planning. Owns manufacturing processes for wiring and electrical assembly of switchboards and switchgear. Develops work instructions, routings, tooling, fixtures, process controls, and documentation; supports production troubleshooting; leads Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen improvements; provides electrical design-for-manufacturability feedback; verifies build-to-print conformance; analyzes manufacturing KPIs; and ensures compliance with applicable UL, NFPA, NEC, and ANSI/IEEE standards.

Own end-to-end delivery of client-facing MSP projects, including onboardings, migrations, infrastructure and security rollouts. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, documentation, profitability, and change requests across concurrent projects. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinate engineering, security, vendors, and client success teams, resolve blockers, and improve delivery processes, templates, and playbooks.

Build and scale Tightrope’s AI-powered commercial facilities platform. Develop systems for ingesting leases and insurance documents, identifying liability exposure, modeling property data, integrating with external systems, and powering email and voice agents. Work directly with property management customers to discover workflows, create accurate and explainable AI products, and shape the company’s technical foundation and future product direction.
