Manages pre-award research administration for a portfolio of principal investigators, including funding opportunity reviews, proposal preparation and submission, budget development, compliance checks, electronic applications, sponsor communication, and award transitions. Collaborates with internal teams, sponsors, and partner institutions while ensuring adherence to federal regulations, institutional policies, and sponsor requirements.

Owns support and maintenance for customer production workflows after active development. Own Arize’s product documentation and build automation to keep content accurate, detect code-documentation drift, test examples, and draft updates. Coordinate documentation with partners, frameworks, and course authors; gather community feedback; support marketing content; engage developers at events and online; and prototype product features with the Product team.

Provides Autodesk software training, technical support, troubleshooting, demonstrations, and onboarding for AEC clients. Develops customized curricula, maintains training labs, supports software licensing and hardware readiness, and advises customers and sales teams on technology solutions. Requires professional Revit or Civil 3D experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Design and fabricate mechanical parts, assemblies, fixtures, tooling, and jigs for unmanned surface vessels.
