Manage strategic accounts, partner with Sales and Product, report customer success performance to executives, and hire and develop the CS team as the company scales.

Own client, vendor, and subcontractor onboarding; contract administration; fleet and field-equipment compliance; technician training coordination; new-hire onboarding; company events; and leadership projects. Maintain accurate Salesforce and accounting records, manage insurance and licensing requirements, track operational readiness, and improve SOPs and cross-functional processes across field operations, billing, vendors, and client relations.

Provides internal IT support for mobile devices, computers, networks, operating systems, applications, and employee accounts. Processes service desk requests, troubleshoots issues, installs Windows and approved software, prepares replacement machines, maintains software images and documentation, supports equipment moves and user conferences, and manages inventory. The role also creates and maintains employee IDs, mailboxes, storage, and equipment while assisting with IT projects and providing occasional after-hours support.
