As a Product Associate, you will drive player activation and retention through data-driven insights, organize research, design experiments, and analyze data to generate actionable insights for a digital board game platform.

Drive the strategy and execution of the Investigations product, collaborating with teams to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth.

Manage QA/QC policies for installations, oversee contractors, conduct trend analysis, validate readiness criteria, ensure reliability of equipment, and collaborate across teams while maintaining quality and customer service standards.

Provide Tier 2 helpdesk escalation support: diagnose and resolve complex hardware, Windows OS, network, application, and mobile device issues. Manage configuration, patching, monitoring, and day-to-day operation of client/server/storage/network systems. Maintain documentation, assist with disaster recovery, recommend upgrades, and produce reports for management.

Ensure accuracy of inventory, cost of sales, and gross margin accounts across retail, distribution, e-commerce, and consignment. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, variance analyses, and audit support. Investigate inventory discrepancies, partner with operations and supply chain, maintain internal controls, and recommend process improvements to support financial reporting and decision-making.
