Process and code invoices, vouchers, expense reports and payment requests; issue demand checks; ensure policy adherence; research and resolve AP inquiries and prepare payments by due dates.

Perform AP, AR, general ledger, and month-end close tasks ensuring GAAP and SOX compliance. Process invoices and payments, post journal entries, reconcile accounts, support audits, maintain SOX documentation, and recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls.

Manage the City of Orlando's floodplain and stormwater programs: review permits and H&H models, update maps, ensure regulatory compliance (NFIP, NPDES), lead mitigation projects, oversee FEMA CRS, supervise staff, and support flood response and recovery.

Sell new and used Mazda vehicles by building customer relationships, demonstrating product features, overcoming objections, following up for referrals, and meeting sales objectives while reporting to the Sales Manager.
