Provide white-glove onsite desktop, network, and infrastructure support for executives and staff at a real estate management client. Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and desktop environments; administer Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID, and MFA; support financial applications; collaborate on escalations and IT projects including migrations, network design, and disaster recovery. Provides full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment, including applicant pipeline development, recruiting events, candidate screening, interviews, offer coordination, credentialing, onboarding paperwork, and new-hire follow-up. The role also builds relationships with colleges, trade schools, community partners, and professional associations to expand candidate channels. Requires healthcare or insurance-cycle experience, familiarity with healthcare insurance websites, strong communication skills, independence, and confidentiality.

Supports real estate contract accounting for assigned stores by processing rent-related accounts receivable and payable transactions, invoices, payments, credits, and adjustments. Reconciles rent statements, manages customer and vendor records, prepares reports, follows up on collections, resolves discrepancies, and communicates with landlords, franchisees, and internal teams. The role also supports legal and collections documentation, tracks store changes, and maintains accounting deadlines and records.

Provides first-line support to grant applicants, reviewers, and stakeholders in a high-volume ticketing environment. Resolves application and process inquiries, records interactions in ServiceNow, follows scripts and procedures, escalates technical or specialized issues, meets service-level agreements, maintains current program knowledge, suggests workflow improvements, collaborates with internal teams, and contributes to weekly client reports.

Designs and develops electrical systems for powered emergency medical products, including PCBAs, firmware, harnesses, displays, motor controls, batteries, and embedded components. Leads products from concept through commercialization, supports sustaining engineering, testing, validation, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with internal teams, vendors, contract manufacturers, and service providers while producing technical documentation and guiding design validation activities.
