Own AeroVect’s content marketing from story development through publication. Write LinkedIn posts, founder communications, technical explainers, customer stories, and website content. Interview internal stakeholders, coordinate announcements with founders and external PR partners, manage editorial calendars and creative assets, secure approvals, and use engagement, website traffic, recruiting, and commercial feedback to improve results.

Collaborates with sales, marketing, Professional Services, Product Management, Engineering, and operations to expand joint business opportunities and represent Redwood at partner events and industry forums.

Administers third-party origination partner operations, including onboarding, approvals, renewals, deactivations, contact-list maintenance, rate-sheet distribution, web updates, training coordination, bulletins, and expedited reporting. Supports mortgage-industry partners and works closely with TPO leadership while managing multiple deadlines and maintaining accurate records.

Manage utility-scale renewable energy SCADA projects from sales through commissioning. Coordinate clients, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams; oversee scope, timelines, milestones, invoicing, resources, profitability, documentation, risks, change orders, quality, and project handoffs. Maintain client communications, present status updates, resolve issues, and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards during onsite work.

Manage influencer and social media campaigns from briefing through post-campaign analysis for multiple client accounts. Responsibilities include influencer outreach and negotiation, client communications, campaign reporting, performance optimization, stakeholder presentations, issue resolution, and identifying upselling and new-business opportunities. The role also contributes to proposals, creative brainstorming, and campaign strategy while coordinating closely with internal teams and client stakeholders.
