Leads and builds CMB’s strategy consulting practice, advising executive clients on growth, customer, innovation, competitive, and organizational challenges. Establishes consulting frameworks, operating models, quality standards, and talent strategy; develops executive relationships, strategic offerings, revenue, and market presence. Integrates research, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, activation, and implementation into strategic advisory engagements while recruiting, mentoring, and leading multidisciplinary consulting teams.

Actuarial interns support pricing, valuation, governance, and solvency functions.
