Lead Nooks’ software engineering organization and technical vision across government-contracted products, internal platforms, and AI initiatives. Build and scale the engineering team, establish outcome-based delivery, own software delivery economics, and oversee quality, security, reliability, and operations. Processes donations, pledges, recurring gifts, employer matches, DAF grants, QCDs, and other contributions in CRM and third-party systems. Manages ACH deposits, receipting, tax-deductibility compliance, documentation, controls, reporting, system testing, and workflow improvements. Collaborates across Development, Finance, IT, and external processing partners while resolving donor inquiries and supporting campaign readiness.
