Own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting for client engagements. Build dashboards, lead scenario and headcount modeling, support fundraising and board reporting, integrate planning tools and ERPs, present to executives, mentor junior staff, and perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support client decision-making.

Own post-sale customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, training, value reviews, and renewals. Act as trusted advisor and voice of the customer, engage technical stakeholders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, DevOps), drive issue resolution and feature requests, and manage portfolios from SMB to enterprise with a product- and infrastructure-focused approach.

Provide HR business partner support for NC operations, focusing on employee relations, talent acquisition and management, succession planning, workforce management, organizational development, performance management, training, change leadership, coaching, and project management to align HR practices with business objectives.

Provide global HR operational support across benefits administration, compliance, employment relations, and reporting. Monitor regional and US employment law, partner with Legal and global EORs on work authorization and benefits, handle employee inquiries, and coordinate events while supporting cross-functional teams.

Greet and assist customers, share product knowledge, operate checkout including buy-online-pickup-in-store, maintain merchandising/pricing/signage, replenish sales floor, help process freight and unload trucks, and contribute to a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
