Lead SiTime's packaging technology and roadmap for MEMS devices, collaborating with OSATs and IC teams to enable performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost targets. Oversee mechanical and electrical package design, advanced material selection and characterization, lab workflows, yield and supply scaling, KPI-driven process productivity, and build high-performance global teams to execute NPI through volume production.

Serve as the centralized call-center point of contact for strategic customers, coordinating equipment and store rentals, resolving customer needs, and ensuring professional, efficient service. Use equipment knowledge and probing communication to satisfy requests, support safety, and work indoors/outdoors with occasional physical lifting.

Provide on-site and remote hardware and application support across clinical sites, supporting workstations, printers, EHR/EDR applications, phones and peripherals; manage accounts, inventory, documentation, and occasional after-hours work.
