Provides administrative and clerical support to construction project management teams. Responsibilities include administering contracts and change orders, preparing AIA and bonding documents, researching project liens, managing payroll submissions, coordinating meetings and travel, maintaining Procore records, generating reports, organizing project files, processing correspondence, and coordinating shipments. Provides first-level email support for software users, triages and tracks issues in HubSpot, escalates engineering issues through Jira, and maintains Confluence documentation. Builds help center articles, FAQs, and self-service guides while collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams. Helps establish the company’s support function and processes, with careful handling of customer data and access in a government-focused environment.

Supports general ledger operations through journal entries, reconciliations, financial analysis, accruals, foreign exchange reporting, fixed asset maintenance, financial statements, internal control audits, budgeting, and audit and tax filing preparation. The role also maintains financial records, supports accounts payable and reimbursements, recommends process improvements, and may mentor junior staff. A bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least one year of accounting experience are required.

Processes and verifies coin, payout, deposit, and customer balance data using company systems. Balances satellite vaults daily, handles coin balance inquiries, billing, monthly reporting, record keeping, and guard liability and asset documentation.

Plans supply and demand for the U.S. region by forecasting demand, optimizing inventory, creating and managing purchase or production orders, and analyzing supply chain performance. Maintains ERP/MRP planning data, supports SIOP and new product introductions, coordinates with suppliers and cross-functional teams, resolves delivery issues, and provides data-driven recommendations to improve availability, service levels, and inventory efficiency.
