Administers employee benefit programs, including health, retirement, leave, disability, COBRA, and open enrollment. Maintains benefits data in Paycom, reconciles carrier bills and payroll deductions, supports compliance reporting, manages vendors, and provides benefits education and customer service to employees, retirees, and beneficiaries. Requires independent judgment, accurate recordkeeping, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, consultants, and benefit providers.

Provides customer support while managing equipment logistics, including inventory tracking, shipping, account audits, returns, refurbishments, RMAs, billing, and delivery confirmations. The role also delivers level-one product troubleshooting, learns PayJunction’s technology and services, and collaborates across departments to resolve customer issues. Provides community accounting support, primarily managing accounts payable processes, invoice routing and approval, credit card reconciliations, expense report reviews, and timely invoice payments. Serves as a resource for department directors on accounting procedures and provides backup support to the HR Manager. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, customer service, and attention to detail in a senior living community office environment.

Leads end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives, including project governance, change management, process optimization, business case development, financial analysis, and benefit realization. Coordinates with program officials and grantees, interprets regulations, manages agreements and financial issues, prevents funding lapses or overspending, supports enforcement decisions, develops procedural guidance, and recommends process improvements.

Manages the organization’s server, network, cloud, and systems infrastructure. Responsibilities include infrastructure architecture, implementation, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, security remediation, capacity planning, vendor management, budgeting, and Tier 3 technical support. The role leads infrastructure personnel, recommends hardware and software upgrades, manages ITIL processes and SLAs, supports Windows, Linux, virtualization, Cisco networking, and cloud environments, and ensures HIPAA-compliant handling of protected health information.

Develops and expands relationships with key customer accounts, serving as the primary account contact. Executes global account strategies, understands customer objectives, identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities, leads technical discussions, and delivers account plans targeting sales, order intake, margin, satisfaction, and retention. Requires OEM rotating-equipment expertise, strong negotiation and communication skills, and approximately 50% travel across North America.

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while meeting sales quotas, gross profit targets, and customer satisfaction goals. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting vehicle demonstrations, explaining products and financing, overcoming objections, closing sales, complying with regulatory requirements, and following up with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.

Assist in designing and producing marketing assets from concept to completion, including brochures, web and social graphics, campaign and event materials. Prepare files for print/digital production, maintain website visuals, support ABM and lead-gen campaigns, incorporate feedback, organize project files, and collaborate with cross-functional marketing team members under senior guidance.

Oversee the hotel’s human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, payroll support, performance management, training, and employee engagement. Partner with department leaders, maintain employment-law compliance, administer HR records and programs, support employee development, and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
