Senior hands-on engineer responsible for production-ready blockchain platform architecture, smart contract development, multi-chain integrations (EVM and non-EVM), secure transaction lifecycles, wallet and RPC integrations, RBAC, audit logging, monitoring, treasury and payout workflows, and compliance/security controls working with the technical lead and founders.

Own full enterprise sales cycles for REAL's AI platform, build executive relationships, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, deliver demos and presentations, maintain CRM pipeline, partner cross-functionally, and inform GTM strategy.

Serve as primary customer contact, resolve support issues, analyze metrics to reduce churn, proactively engage high-usage customers for retention, manage outreach (including LinkedIn and YC batches), support community events, and implement process improvements to drive growth and customer success.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior executives: manage calendars, meetings, travel, reports, office operations, visitor and candidate coordination, document management, and basic reporting from NetSuite. Maintain confidentiality, professional presentation, and support cross-departmental projects and company events.
