Requires deep government contract accounting expertise, multi-client leadership, and experience with specialized accounting platforms.

The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, relationship management, and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives in a professional services environment.

Serve as the primary relationship contact for ultra-high-net-worth clients, families, and family offices. Coordinate services, communications, meetings, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration across the firm. Anticipate client needs, identify service opportunities, support onboarding and retention, facilitate technology access, and ensure exceptional, confidential service. The role also involves managing complex initiatives, maintaining client priorities, improving service processes, and mentoring junior team members.

Serves as the primary relationship manager for ultra-high-net-worth clients, families, and family offices. Coordinates internal specialists and external advisors, manages client initiatives, tracks deliverables, organizes meetings, handles communications, supports portal access, and ensures timely, confidential, personalized service. The role also identifies process improvements, supports relationship retention and expansion, and mentors junior team members.

Maintains and enhances hybrid infrastructure across VMware, Microsoft 365, identity, cloud, storage, backup, and disaster recovery environments. Administers enterprise systems, develops PowerShell automation, troubleshoots complex issues, remediates vulnerabilities, and supports migrations, modernization, and merger integration initiatives. Collaborates with technology, security, support, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.

Lead and execute cybersecurity compliance assessments (HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI, CMMC, NIST, ISO), perform interviews and control testing, identify gaps, produce remediation recommendations and deliverables, manage multiple engagements, mentor junior staff, and support business development.

Prepare, review, and analyze tax returns for individuals and entities; mentor and supervise staff; assist clients with tax planning, research, IRS correspondence, and transactions such as M&A and reorganizations while ensuring compliance.
