Lead design and ownership of an agentic orchestration platform for long-running, multi-agent scientific workflows. Architect durable, event-driven, cloud-native systems, define SDKs/APIs, deliver IaC reference implementations, optimize cost and scalability, set platform standards, and partner across modeling and product teams while mentoring engineers.

Serve as VP HR Business Partner for Flagship Labs (≈110 people). Lead HRBP team, shape talent strategy, org design, change management, performance, development, employee engagement, and partnering with TA and Talent Development to align HR solutions with business goals.

Lead and execute company-wide data, software, ML/AI and IT strategy. Build and manage a multidisciplinary team, establish data architecture and governance, deploy production software and ML workflows, oversee bespoke development and IT services, and partner with scientific teams to ensure secure, reliable, and FAIR data-driven operations.

Lead architecture and implementation of AI-powered scientific products end-to-end. Design data models, APIs, deployment, observability, and maintainability. Collaborate with scientists and ML researchers, make high-stakes technical decisions, bridge research and production ML, and occasionally direct embedded contractors while owning technical output and quality.

Lead full‑stack development of customer‑facing features, own product lifecycle from design to release, build scalable AI‑enabled back‑end systems on AWS, improve CI/CD and testing, collaborate with product, design, and ML researchers, and ensure security and privacy best practices.
