Manage and optimize pre-sales systems and top-of-funnel tools (Chili Piper, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo). Own lead/account routing, user provisioning, workflows, data quality, integrations, and documentation. Partner with Sales, Marketing Ops, Finance, and Analytics to improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and apply automation/AI to scale pre-sales operations.
