Sell Horizon3.ais NodeZero platform to mid-enterprise accounts in the Pacific Northwest. Acquire new customers, manage full sales cycle, build and monetize channel partner relationships, conduct demos and proofs of value, manage CRM/Salesforce pipeline and forecasting, drive post-proof ROI and customer retention, and collaborate with sales, support, and success teams to exceed quotas.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and growth of Horizon3’s Tripwires threat detection and deception product. Own detection fidelity, deployment coverage, alerting, integrations, dashboards, analyst workflows, customer insight, and commercial outcomes. Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Security teams to deliver precise, low-noise alerts and integrate Tripwires with SOC response workflows. Define product metrics, influence executive direction, and guide launches and adoption.

Lead SOC 2 Type II compliance and audit activities, manage data privacy (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, EU AI Act), run vendor risk lifecycle, respond to customer security questionnaires/RFPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mature GRC and privacy programs across the organization.

Manage a portfolio of federal and DIB customers to drive adoption, compliance (FedRAMP, CMMC), retention, and expansion of the NodeZero platform. Act as strategic advisor to technical and executive stakeholders, guide integrations into classified/unclassified environments, interpret pentest results, coordinate remediation, run business reviews, and create scalable playbooks and documentation while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support.

Lead MSSP-focused sales to recruit, enable, and grow managed security provider partners. Drive joint services, partner-led customer adoption, revenue attainment, forecasting, and cross-team issue resolution while meeting quotas and pipeline targets.

Design and implement backend APIs (GraphQL) and ETL pipelines for data processing and retrieval; build cloud-native services on AWS/Azure/GCP using Docker and Kubernetes; collaborate with frontend, product, and design teams to present data; ensure federal compliance (FedRAMP, IL4/5/6) and support classified workloads; mentor engineers and maintain production infrastructure.

Develop and maintain attack content and platform data models for an autonomous pentest product. Collaborate across engineering teams, implement secure, scalable architecture, fix bugs, perform code review and testing, and support federal network requirements and certifications.

Lead deployment and operation of the NodeZero platform across federal AWS environments (FedRAMP to Classified). Build scalable, secure cloud-native platforms, create Terraform/Crossplane modules, improve CI/CD and automation, implement telemetry and secret management, document platform practices, and evaluate new tooling to support engineers and federal compliance.

Provide advanced enterprise technical support for FedRAMP/DoD environments: troubleshoot cloud, networking, and infrastructure issues; perform root cause analysis; deploy and optimize containerized and IaC-based environments; maintain SLAs; mentor junior staff; collaborate with engineering/product/sales; and ensure secure, compliant production operations.

The Inside Sales/SMB Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for SMB accounts, driving new business and collaborating with teams to expand customer relationships.
