Provide administrative and research support to an executive search team: manage calendars, travel, expense reports, prepare and edit search documents and presentations, interface with clients and candidates, update databases, and assist meeting execution and candidate sourcing.

Provide paralegal support for corporate and litigation matters: manage subsidiary maintenance and filings, prepare reports, conduct due diligence and research, organize files and minute books, track deadlines, handle invoicing and A/P for legal fees, and coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders.

Lead and manage Robert Half's global Ethics & Compliance program, including Code of Conduct training, risk assessments, compliance metrics and reporting, hotline management, investigations, policy development, budgeting, stakeholder engagement across regions, and supporting legal leadership on compliance matters.
